Maryam Sattari, MD, and associate professor for UF Department of Medicine, will participate in a two-week observership in France to learn about the development, piloting, implementation, and outcomes of their national population-based colorectal cancer (CRC) screening program. This will enable the development and implementation of system-based interventions to further improve UF Health CRC screening rates.
Eventually, UF can serve as a model for other institutions in CRC screening excellence.
